Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once submitted, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Socks

  Place the unworn socks in their original packaging and securely seal them in a shipping mailer with the prepaid label attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
